Take all the ingredients like salt, chili powder, ginger, garlic, garam masala, pepper, vinegar, mustard oil  and blend them together to make a complete smooth mixture in a blender.  2) To remove the hanging flaps of the chops, cut the mutton chops accordingly. Pat them with the help of dry tissue. 3) Slice the meat with the aid of paring knife and insert all marinade in the inner part of the large chops. 4) Take the hung curd in this step and pour the marinade on the lamp chops in a separate bowl and mix them together.
