- Water – to boil
- Salt – a pinch

- 1 bay leaf
- 1 onion – finely chopped

Instructions:
Step 1: Clean & Boil the Brain
- Rinse the goat brain gently under cold water. Remove any veins or membranes.
- Boil water in a pan, add a pinch of salt and gently place the brains in.
- Boil for 3–5 minutes until slightly firm, then remove and let it cool.
- Cut the brain into small pieces or mash gently with a fork. Set aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Masala Base
- Heat oil/ghee in a pan. Add a bay leaf and sauté for a few seconds.
- Add chopped onions and sauté till golden brown.
